Bannerman Pet Care is well-equipped to provide various routine surgical procedures. We perform pre-operative bloodwork to screen for underlying metabolic issues and appropriate medications are given before and after surgery to help insure the pet’s comfort. Patients are closely monitored before, during and after surgery and written post-operative instructions are provided upon discharge. We follow-up via phone after surgery to answer any questions and to make sure the pet is progressing well.
In the event your pet needs a surgical procedure that we are unable to provide, we will help to locate and refer your pet to an appropriate surgeon. We will do all that we can to help alleviate any anxiety you or your pet might experience if surgery is ever a necessary measure!
