At Bannerman Pet Care, we believe in supporting the community that supports us. As a result, we are honored to work with the Tallahassee Leon County Animal Service Center to provide discounted services for newly adopted animals as well as Be the Solution, a low-cost spay/neuter program sponsored by the Leon County Humane Society. We also support various school and community organizations, assist with fund-raising drives and help as we can in times of crisis and natural disasters.
At times, we have animals in our care that are “ownerless,” and we try our best to place these pets in warm and loving homes. Our potential adoptees are given thorough examinations, appropriate testing for heartworms or FeLV/FIV, vaccinations, and if age-appropriate, they are spayed or neutered. We are fortunate to have placed many animals with new families and are proud of our work to help the stray animal population.
